I graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law and have been a member of the Washington State Bar since 2004.

Having practiced both criminal and civil law in Arizona and Washington State in many different courts with judges and lawyers of varying skills and temperaments, my rich litigation experience is something which can’t be taught in a book. Talking about books, I am also a legal author whose publications are cited in books and articles by legal scholars and practitioners around the US and world.

But as a practicing lawyer, what gives me the most satisfaction is when clients feel that I have provided them with honest and excellent advice. I will strive to ensure that I prepare you for the legal challenges that you will face in and out of court.
