Whether you are suing someone or defending yourself against a lawsuit in
Small Claims Court, you will have to fill out the necessary forms and submit them.

Not every Small Claims Court provides forms online and only King County and Pierce County allow for online filing a Small Claims lawsuit. For those Small Claims Courts which provide forms online, several will only provide a notice of small claim to initiate a lawsuit, so any additional forms may have to be requested from the court or you may have to go to the court itself to fill out the forms.
Each county also varies on how much information is provided online on their 
Small Claims Court.
